At Elite Sneakers, our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully content, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process. Please review our policy below to understand the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.

Return Eligibility

We gladly accept returns for products that meet the following criteria:

  • Timeframe: You must initiate your return within 30 days of receiving the product. After 30 days, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
  • Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original packaging intact (including shoe boxes, dust bags, and any included accessories). Any items that have visible signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns. This helps us verify your transaction and process your request efficiently.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned:

  • Gift cards and promotional vouchers.
  • Perishable or personalized items, unless they arrive defective or damaged.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: To start the return process, visit our Contact Us page and submit a return request. Be sure to provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details to help us assist you.
  2. Return Shipping: Once your return request is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label via email. Elite Sneakers covers all return shipping costs, so there is no need to worry about additional expenses.
  3. Pack and Ship: Please securely repack the item(s) in the original packaging and affix the prepaid label to the package. Drop it off at the nearest carrier location as instructed in the return confirmation email.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund:

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that the processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.
  • Rejected Refunds: If your return does not meet the eligibility requirements (i.e., damaged, worn, or without original packaging), we will notify you of the reason for rejection and no refund will be issued.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, follow the same steps as above. Once the returned item is received, we will send the replacement item, subject to availability. If the replacement item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

No Restocking Fees

We believe in a fair and simple return process. That’s why we do not charge any restocking fees for returns. You will receive the full amount of your original purchase price, excluding any discounts or promotional credits applied at the time of purchase.

Final Sale Items

At Elite Sneakers, we do not mark any items as final sale. Therefore, you can feel confident knowing that all of our products are eligible for return, provided they meet the criteria listed above.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
